Todd is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Certified Professional Instructor, Web Developer Professional, and Certified database designer.

Todd has an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Davenport University and a Masters in Educational Technology From Michigan State University.

Todd has developed many databases since 1984. Some of the major projects were:

• US Air Force – to track equipment being used in 32 different countries.
• General Motors Power-train – to create a paperless office
• American Red Cross – a system to track all classes that were taught through the office in Abilene Texas.

Todd has also developed several major websites:

• for a golf course
• for an Environmental Training Company
• for an Adventure Racing organization
• for several BSA organizations

Todd develops websites using PHP, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, and databases using MS Access and MS Sequel Server.
